Fees: For information about full-time options, go here. For information about part-time options, go here. Fees cover most costs, including facility usage fees, accident insurance, learning supplies, print resources, curriculum, copies, and a complimentary homeschooling consultation. Fees can be paid yearly or monthly (on or before the 25th of each preceding month). You may pay by cash, check or Paypal.
Deposit: The first payment for September will include that month’s payment plus a full month’s deposit. This deposit will be applied to your last month’s payment (May). If you withdraw your child before the completion of the Creative Learning Center’s calendar year, this deposit will be in compensation to a space that might not be able to be filled.
Fees do not include breakfast, lunch, snacks, or end-of-year testing; families provide their own.
Monthly Payment Option: Payments are due on the 25th of each month for the following month. Full fees are required regardless of holidays, sick days, or other chosen days off by the attendee/family. Fees are not charged for scheduled facility weeks off (those in red on the yearly calendar). Each month has been partitioned to include four weeks, except November and December, which will be prorated. The two Monday holidays are compensated for at other times during the calendar year.
Yearly Payment Option: There is a 5% discount on tuition for choosing to pay for the full calendar year (9 months) by August 15. Fees are not refunded regardless of holidays, sick days, or other chosen days off by the attendee/family. Fees are not charged for scheduled facility weeks off (those in red on the yearly calendar).
Multiple Child Discounts: At this time, the Creative Learning Center does not offer discounts for multiple children.
Fee Assistance: We do not have a formal assistance program at this time. Please let me know if you are having difficulty and we can see if there is a way to work something out.

Withdrawal: Parents can withdraw their child for any reason with a two week notice (with payment); however, the last month’s deposit is forfeited for not completing the year as agreed. If you paid your month in advance, upon withdrawal of your child from the CLC, a refund will be made for the weeks not attended, minus the two week notice and the last month’s deposit. If you paid a full year in advance, upon withdrawal of your child from the CLC, a refund will be made for months not attended, minus the two week notice and the last month’s deposit as outlined above.
Refunds: There will be no refunds from absences from the CLC. Exceptions will only be made in the case of hospitalization of your child with a serious illness. A doctor’s note is required.
Suspension from Non-Payment: Attendees may not be allowed to attend the CLC when their accounts become past 15 days delinquent. Attendees are subject to dismissal if their account is not brought current within one week of their suspension. Attendees will be suspended only once during a calendar year for a delinquent account. A subsequent suspension for non-payment may result in the attendee’s dismissal from the Creative Learning Center.
Suspension from Misbehavior: Attendees may not be allowed to attend the CLC when they have their first offense as noted in the weekly journals of gross misbehavior or consistent misbehavior. Attendees will be suspended only once during a calendar year for misbehavior. A subsequent suspension for gross misbehavior or consistent misbehavior may result in the attendee’s dismissal from the Creative Learning Center. This will result in the loss of two week’s fees as well as the last month’s fees.
